I started out on this journey to share my experiences and knowledge and how to upgrade our lives for the future and most importantly the present moment. I have gained and amassed considerable knowledge and experience on topics to the likes of Fitness, Travel and Nutrition all of which will become evident through my chapters. This is my life and how through the knowledge and the power of now i insist on upgrading it. The J word....
